Before coming to complete the enrollment procedures, admitted college-to-university transfer candidates must fully prepare the documents and arrange them in the following order:

| 7 | Intermediate/College/University Academic Transcripts | 01 certified copy/ notarized photocopy | Must include all course grades according to the framework curriculum of the Intermediate/College/University program, with certification and an overlapping stamp (dau giap lai) between pages by a competent notarizing authority. |

Notes:
- Documents submitted as photocopies must be certified by a competent authority.
- For documents from item No. 3 to No. 10, if students have not prepared them in time, they can supplement them later. Students are obliged to submit any missing documents during Semester 2 of the academic year at the Student Affairs Department.
- If any of these documents are missing or if the cross-checked information does not match the declared content, the candidate shall bear full responsibility for their admission results, and the case will be handled in accordance with the current Regulations of the Ministry of Education & Training.
