Personnel structure of NTTU Department of Student Affairs 

The Department of Student Affairs operates under the direct management and administration of the Acting Head of Department, who is appointed by the President. As the leader of the unit, the Acting Head is fully accountable to the President for all departmental operations as well as the fulfillment of assigned functions and duties.

Assisting the Acting Head in management and administration are the Deputy Heads, who are appointed by the President upon the recommendation of the Acting Head. The Deputy Heads are directly in charge of specific areas of work as assigned, participate in managing and directing departmental operations, and hold responsibility for their designated tasks.

To ensure operational efficiency, the Department of Student Affairs is structured into specialized subunits, including:

– Student Counseling and Management team

– Student Data management and Documentation team;

– Student Event – Culture – Media team;

– Student Healthcare and Infirmary team.

 

These specialized teams are responsible for implementing and executing tasks within their assigned fields, operating under the direct supervision of the Department Directorate, and collaborating with relevant university units during task execution.

The department’s organizational structure is designed towards specialization, ensuring efficiency in student management, enhancing the quality of learner support, and meeting the overall development requirements of the University.
