Function and Responsibility

  • Formulating the annual operational plan and budget for the Medical Team for each academic year.

  • Guiding, consulting, and supporting students in carrying out procedures related to mandatory Health Insurance (BHYT) and Accident Insurance (BHTN) benefits.

  • Organizing the management and healthcare services for students, lecturers, staff, and employees, specifically as follows:

    • Organizing annual periodic health check-ups for students.

    • Organizing annual periodic health check-ups, classifying health statuses, and notifying check-up results for lecturers, staff, and employees.

    • Managing and archiving health records.

    • Providing first aid, primary healthcare, dispensing routine medications, and transferring patients to higher-level medical facilities when necessary.

  • Promoting health education and consulting on health-related issues.

  • Implementing environmental and school sanitation, preventing epidemics and school-related illnesses, ensuring food safety and hygiene, preventing accidents and injuries, combating HIV, drugs, and social diseases, and carrying out other school health activities.

  • Coordinating with local health authorities and related sectors to implement school health activities and other medical programs.

  • Collaborating with other units to perform other assigned tasks within the University.
