Missions and Responsibilities

Functions

To advise, coordinate, and implement communication, cultural, artistic, and student event activities; while also serving as the primary point of contact for receiving and responding to information between students and the University, the Youth Union, and the Student Association.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Youth Union, the Student Association, and Class Committees in managing, connecting, and supporting students.

  • Conduct communication and promotional activities regarding guidelines, programs, and student movements. Coordinate the organization of cultural programs, artistic performances, events, and activities for students.

  • Manage the registration, attendance tracking, and confirmation of student participation in activities and events.

  • Receive, synthesize, and respond to feedback and suggestions from students through official communication channels.

  • Perform and coordinate other tasks as assigned by the University, the Youth Union, and the Student Association.
