Event attendance lists
To assist you in smoothly completing early course procedures, the Department of Student Affairs announces the working hours, locations, and necessary procedures applicable from September 3, 2026. Please pay close attention to arrange your time accordingly!
1. Procedures Applicable to Class of 2026 Freshmen
Starting from September 3, 2026, Class of 2026 freshmen can come directly to the campus to complete the following procedures:

Submit student documents
-
Take photo for student ID card
WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday (Except Holidays and Tet)
- Morning: 07:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 01:00 PM – 04:30 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: Closed
2. Locations
The reception and administrative procedures will be deployed simultaneously across both campus locations:

300A Campus: Xom Chieu Ward

331A – 331B Campus: An Phu Dong Ward
3. Detailed Working Hours

Working Days: From Monday to Friday weekly (except Public Holidays and Tet)

Morning Session: From 07:30 AM to 12:00 PM

Afternoon Session: From 01:00 PM to 04:30 PM

Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
💡 A little tip for K26: Before heading to campus, remember to double-check working hours and prepare all required documents so that your administrative process goes as quickly and smoothly as possible!
