1. Eligibility & Priority Criteria

The scholarship program is open to newly admitted college and university students for the 2026–2027 academic year (with proof of admission), with priority given to:

Orphaned students or those from poor/near-poor households.
Students whose families faced major life crises or whose parents suffer from severe illness.
Students residing in remote, border, island areas, or regions severely affected by natural disasters.
Students with disabilities or those at risk of dropping out due to financial distress.
Students who demonstrate strong academic motivation and perseverance.
