Event attendance lists
The Department of Student Affairs in coordination with the Office of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union – Student Association of Nguyen Tat Thanh University has completed compiling online evaluation forms and announced the provisional evaluation results for concurrent Class Monitor duties in May 2026.
The provisional results list has been attached. Cases that require attention or are evaluated as “Incomplete” already have specific notes for your convenience.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Class Monitors are requested to perform the following tasks:
Carefully check your individual evaluation results.Cross-check personal information (Full name, Student ID, position, etc.) to ensure accuracy.In case of any questions or feedback regarding the evaluation results, please send an email using your student email account to:

btloan@ntt.edu.vn (Office of the Youth Union – Student Association)
Feedback reception deadline: until the end of July 24, 2026.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Important Note
Class Monitors are only recognized as “Completing tasks” when they are evaluated as “Passed” by both the Department of Student Affairs and the Office of the Youth Union – Student Association.After the feedback deadline, all opinions regarding the evaluation results for May 2026 will not be received and processed.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Class Monitors are requested to proactively check information and provide feedback within the prescribed time to ensure their rights.
