In order to evaluate the performance of Class Monitor Boards (BCSL) for June & July 2026 and to serve as a basis for assessing BCSL performance in Phase 3 of the 2025–2026 academic year, the Department of Student Affairs hereby announces the implementation of the BCSL Task Evaluation Form as follows:
Applicable to:
Class Monitor – Youth Union SecretaryVice Class Monitor – Student Association Chapter President————
Not applicable to:
BCSL members holding positions during the final semester of their academic program;BCSL members currently subject to disciplinary action or suspension under University regulations.————
Timeline:From the date of notification until the end of August 28, 2026.

Important Notes:-
BCSL members must self-evaluate their task performance and attach supporting evidence directly to the online form.

Cases failing to complete the evaluation form on time will be considered as non-completion of BCSL duties for the month.

After the deadline, any feedback or appeals regarding evaluation results will not be processed.
