Nguyen Tat Thanh University announces to students regarding the organization of the Graduation Ceremony for undergraduate and transfer undergraduate students – Phase 3 of 2025 as follows:

Note:
Students attending the ceremony at whichever campus will receive their graduation gowns at that respective campus. The Communications Department will not resolve cases of receiving gowns at the wrong campus (someone else can pick it up on your behalf). The list of students attending the Ceremony is specifically allocated for each session and day as shown above. In case of any unexpected issues or inquiries, please contact the Academic Management Department for assistance. Students must arrive for photoshoots strictly within the regulated time; the Organizing Committee will not accept additional photos outside the aforementioned time. When participating in the photoshoot, students should be proactive in grooming their attire, makeup, etc. The deposit fee for the Graduation Gown upon collection is 1,000,000 VND/set (including: gown, cap; cash only). Students receiving the gown are responsible for keeping it carefully and cleanly. The University will fully refund the deposit when students return the gown within the designated time mentioned above. Cases where the gown deposit will not be refunded include: exceeding the gown return deadline according to the above notice; the gown is lost, damaged, or missing accessories. New graduates please return the gown immediately after the graduation ceremony; after this period, the Communications Department will not accept gown returns. Students and relatives attending the Ceremony must ensure punctuality, follow the arrangement and direction of the Organizing Committee, and maintain order and safety throughout the duration of the ceremony.==========================
