To ensure your enrollment process goes quickly, conveniently, and without long wait times, NTTU guides you through 5 super simple online enrollment steps right below!
ONLINE ENROLLMENT PORTALImmediately after receiving the admission notice from Nguyen Tat Thanh University, admitted candidates can visit the university’s campuses directly to complete enrollment procedures:
- Campus 1: 300A Nguyen Tat Thanh, Xom Chieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
- Campus 2: 331 Do Muoi, An Phu Dong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
or access the Online Enrollment Website at https://nhaphoc.ntt.edu.vn and follow all steps as instructed below to confirm your enrollment online:
5-STEP ENROLLMENT PROCESS
STEP 1: LOOK UP CANDIDATE INFORMATION
Enter your APPLICATION CODE and Phone Number.Note: The application code is located at the top right corner of the Admission Notice (Starting with 26.xxxx… or 26NTT……).Enter the VERIFICATION CODE.Click SEARCH.
STEP 2: CHECK ADMISSION INFORMATION🔹Step 2.2: Click “CONTINUE” (Note: Click “Continue”, do not click other buttons)
STEP 3: FILL IN CONTACT INFORMATIONEnter your complete and accurate Gmail and Phone number.Important note: Enrollment confirmation information will be sent via Gmail/SMS. Please check every single character carefully before moving to the next step!Click CONTINUE.
STEP 4: PAY FEES & ENROLLMENT CHARGES🔹Step 4.1: Check whether the payment details match your Admission Notice. IF CORRECT, proceed. If incorrect, contact the University’s Admissions Counseling Center for assistance.
🔹Step 4.2: Choose a payment method.
🔹Step 4.3: Click confirm to proceed to the payment gateway of your selected provider.

- Nguyen Tat Thanh University only accepts tuition payments through the University’s partner entities and banks listed on the system. Candidates must not transfer tuition fees to any other individual, organization, or entity.
- All incurred service fees (if any) are set by the collection partner; Nguyen Tat Thanh University does not collect any additional service fees beyond the tuition amount published on the candidate’s admission notice.
STEP 5: ENROLLMENT SUCCESSFULCheck your Email Inbox or SMS messages to receive student account details.Information includes: STUDENT ID and PASSWORD to log in to the university’s portal.
Officially become an NTTU-er!After a successful payment, the system will display a notification, while simultaneously sending an SMS and Email containing the “Student ID” and “Portal Login Password” to the candidate.
During the online enrollment process, if you encounter any difficulties, please contact the Admissions Counseling Center or the Accounting Department of the University immediately for support.
