Event attendance lists
The admission season has arrived! This is an opportunity for NTTU students to become collaborators and accompany the University on the journey of welcoming the New Student Intake of 2026. Not only will you contribute to creating a meaningful admission season, but you will also have the chance to hone your skills, accumulate practical experience, and expand your network with many new friends.

👥 Target Audience: Currently enrolled students (priority given to Class Monitors, Youth Union – Student Association officials); For photography support collaborators, priority is given to students from the Faculty of Architecture – Interior Design – Applied Arts and the Faculty of Creative Communications.
🎯 Requirements for participation:
✅ Possess a sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and teamwork ability.
✅ Friendly, enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to listen and support others.
✅ Able to attend shifts for at least 04 sessions/week.
✅ Priority given to those with experience in event photography.
⏰ Working hours: As assigned by the Department of Student Affairs, 02 working sessions per day.

📝 Job Description:
▶ Guide new students through the admission process.
▶ Coordinate and provide support at document reception areas.
▶ Assist with student ID card photography.
▶ Provide general information consultation regarding the University (training provided).
▶ Guide on study schedules, data entry, scanning, and organizing documents as assigned.
▶ Assist in distributing gifts and other tasks during the admission period.
