The University announces details regarding mandatory Health Insurance (HI) and Personal Accident Insurance (AI) for students in the 2026–2027 academic year (Phase 1) as follows:

IMPORTANT NOTES:
– Students must install the VssID application (Digital Social Security) to replace physical Health Insurance cards when seeking medical examination and treatment at medical facilities; Instructions for installing VssID can be accessed at: https://rebrand.ly/qn9xwkv
– Students are required to install the VNeID application (Electronic Identification) to use digital Health Insurance in place of paper cards. – Cases where students fail to enroll or pay Health Insurance fees late will be reviewed and subjected to disciplinary action in accordance with University regulations.
– For issues arising during the Health Insurance implementation process, the Department of Student Affairs – Health Care Team serves as the primary focal unit to receive information, provide guidance, and address concerns in accordance with the Law on Health Insurance and University regulations.
– Students are encouraged to register for Personal Accident Insurance to protect their rights and minimize out-of-pocket costs in the event of unforeseen accidents or risks during their studies and activities at the University.
– For final-year students preparing for internships at companies, enterprises, or hospitals, the University reminds students to enroll in Personal Accident Insurance to avoid situations where host enterprises require proof of accident insurance upon internship onboarding.
