Event attendance lists
The University hereby announces to all students the schedule and procedures for changing the initial healthcare provider (KCB) on their health insurance (BHYT) cards.
Pursuant to Notice No. 4241/TB-BHXH dated June 12, 2026, issued by the Social Security Office of Ho Chi Minh City regarding the list of healthcare facilities registered for initial health insurance coverage in the third quarter of 2026, the University informs all students of the following update procedures:
1. Eligible Participants
Students currently participating in the health insurance program through the University, whose health insurance cards are still valid and who have a requirement to change their initial place of healthcare registration.
2. Schedule and Submission Links

| Facility List: Students must consult the attached list of healthcare providers for Q3 2026. Changes will only be accepted for facilities and categories as per the regulations.

Faculty/Institutes, Academic Advisors, and Class Monitors are requested to monitor this notice and ensure all students are informed and complete the process within the deadline. Applications submitted after July 14, 2026, will not be processed.
