Registration and Update of Off-Campus Residency Information Semester 3 to basis for evaluating students’ Ethnics training scores 2025 – 2026

To ensure effective management of off-campus students and to serve as a basis for evaluating students’ Ethnics training scores for Semester 3 of the 2025–2026 academic year, the University hereby notifies all students

• Pursuant to Circular No. 27/2009/TT-BGDĐT dated October 19, 2009, of the Minister of Education and Training, promulgating the Regulation on Off-Campus Residency for students of formal full-time universities, colleges, and professional secondary schools;

• Pursuant to Decision No. 518/QĐ-NTT dated October 23, 2017, of the President of Nguyen Tat Thanh University, promulgating the Regulation on Off-Campus Residency for students of the University;

1. Scope of Application

All formal full-time students currently enrolled at Nguyen Tat Thanh University who reside (permanently or temporarily) at a location other than the University’s on-campus dormitories.

2. Implementation Procedure

Academic Advisors and Class Monitors are responsible for notifying students under their supervision to declare their off-campus residency information online at https://kbnt.ntt.edu.vn according to the following steps:

Step 1: Log in to the system
– Access: kbnt.ntt.edu.vn.
– Log in using your university-issued email.

Step 2: Update personal information
– Verify the information automatically displayed by the system.
– Provide Citizen Identity Card (CCCD) details (number, date of issue, place of issue).
– Select the declaration type: Off-campus or Permanent Residence.

Step 3: Declare residential address
– Enter full address information as instructed.
– Provide information about the landlord/head of household (for off-campus residents).

Step 4: Upload supporting documentation and complete
– Take a screenshot of the “Residence Information” section from your VNeID application (Level 2).
– Upload the proof of residence to the system.
– Review information and click “Submit Official Declaration” to complete.

Note: The system only allows submission after a valid proof of residence has been uploaded.

3. Deadline and Compliance

– Duration: Students must access the system to complete the declaration from the date of this announcement until the end of August 24, 2026.

– Consequences of Non-compliance: After August 24, 2026, the Student Affairs Department will review and compile a list of students who have not completed the declaration. Students failing to comply will have points deducted from their conduct scores for Semester 3, 2025–2026, in accordance with Decision No. 758/QĐ-NTT dated January 10, 2020. (Note: Students who repeat this violation from the second time onwards will face disciplinary action).
