The University announces the mandatory Health Insurance (BHYT) and Accident Insurance (BHTN) registration for students in the 2025-2026 academic year (Phase 3) as follows:

NOTES:
- Students who already hold valid health insurance cards under other priority groups (household insurance, near-poor/poor household, children of wounded soldiers or martyrs, corporate insurance, Vietnam National University Dormitory, etc.) must provide full details via the following link: https://rebrand.ly/sblqht8 no later than June 20, 2026, to avoid any negative impact on their training assessment points (điểm rèn luyện) as regulated.
- Students participating in the university’s health insurance scheme must update their current health insurance card number in the hospital registration section no later than June 20, 2026.
- In case a student no longer keeps their current health insurance card number, they must submit additional information and documents, including: Citizen Identity Card (CCID)/Personal Identification Number of both the student and their parent (father, mother, or legal guardian), and birth certificate, to generate a new health insurance code. The deadline for submitting these supplementary documents is June 20, 2026, via this link: https://rebrand.ly/03rs2j2
- Individuals who fail to submit or are late in submitting their updated information will be fully responsible if the Social Insurance Agency does not issue the card or fails to issue it on time.
- Starting from the 2021-2022 academic year, students are required to install the VssID application (Digital Social Insurance) to replace physical paper health insurance cards when accessing medical examination and treatment at healthcare facilities. - Students should install the VNeID application (Electronic Identity) to use the digital health insurance card instead of the physical paper version. GUIDELINES FOR REGISTERING THE INITIAL HEALTHCARE FACILITY (HOSPITAL) FOR STUDENTS:
- Registration period: From May 25, 2026, to June 20, 2026.

- For students who do not register their initial healthcare facility, the University will assign a default hospital. The University will not resolve any complaints or requests if students fail to complete the registration within the designated timeframe.
BANK TRANSFER DETAILS FOR HEALTH INSURANCE PAYMENT (FOR STUDENTS NOT PAYING DIRECTLY AT THE ACCOUNTING OFFICE):
- Students should transfer the health insurance fee via bank account after successfully receiving their hospital registration results. Please transfer the exact amount stated in the guidelines. The transfer description must clearly state the student’s details and the validity period of the card with accident insurance (if applicable). Example: Full Name + Student ID, BHYT 06 months academic year 2025-2026 with BHTN.
