NTTU announces the mandatory Health Insurance (HI) and Accident Insurance (AI) participation for students in the 2025-2026 academic year (Phase 3) with the following content:

NOTE:

Students who already have HI under other categories (family-based HI, poor households, children of wounded/fallen soldiers, enterprises, National University Dormitory, etc.) must provide full information via the following link: https://rebrand.ly/sblqht8 no later than June 20, 2026, to avoid affecting their training points as regulated.

Students participating in HI please update their current HI card number in the registration section for the place of medical examination and treatment no later than the end of June 20, 2026.

In case students no longer keep their current HI card number, they need to supplement information and photos including: National ID card (CCCD)/identification number of the student and their parent (father or mother or guardian), birth certificate, to prepare a new HI number application. The deadline for submitting supplementary documents is the end of June 20, 2026, at the following link: https://rebrand.ly/03rs2j2

Individuals who do not submit or submit updated information late will be solely responsible if the Social Insurance Agency does not issue the card or issues it late.

Students shall install the VNeID application – Electronic Identification to use digital HI instead of the physical HI card. For students who do not register their initial place of medical examination and treatment, the University will assign a default location. The University will not resolve any cases if students fail to register their place of medical examination and treatment within the regulated time.
BANK TRANSFER INFORMATION FOR HI PAYMENT FOR STUDENTS NOT PAYING DIRECTLY AT THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT:

Students transfer the HI fee via bank after successfully receiving the registration results for the place of medical examination and treatment; Students must pay the exact amount of HI according to the guidance announcement. The transfer description must clearly state the student’s information and the validity period of the HI card along with AI (if any).
