The Department of Student Affairs would like to announce the procedures, eligibility criteria, and collection locations for the Batch 2026 Student ID Cards.
1. Eligibility Criteria
Batch 2026 freshmen collecting their ID cards must meet the following requirements:

Have completed the Student ID photo shoot at the University during the admission registration process.

Have logged into the “STUDENT PORTAL“ and confirmed that their profile picture is updated and displayed on the system.
💡 Quick Check Tip: Before coming to pick up your card, please log into the Student Portal. If your profile photo is visible on the system $\rightarrow$ You are eligible to collect your card at the Department of Student Affairs.
2. Collection Locations by Campus
The collection location is determined based on the campus of your Faculty/Institute, regardless of where you completed admission procedures or took your ID photo:

3. Important Notes for Freshmen

Location Flexibility: You do not need to return to the campus where you took your photo; simply visit the designated Student Affairs Office corresponding to your Faculty/Institute.

Pre-check Online: Always verify your profile picture status on the Student Portal beforehand to avoid unnecessary trips before the card is ready.

Verification: Please provide your Student ID Number upon arrival for quick verification and handover.
