Supplement and completion of Student documents for the academic year 2025-2026 - Reminder for students

NTTU announces to all students regarding the reminder to submit supplementary documents and complete student profiles for the 2025–2026 academic year.

APPENDIX

GUIDE TO CHECKING STUDENT PROFILES

Students log in to the student portal at: https://phongdaotao.ntt.edu.vn/
Navigate to the “GENERAL INFORMATION” (THÔNG TIN CHUNG) section, then select “STUDENT PROFILE” (HỒ SƠ SINH VIÊN).
Check the status of your documents updated in the system under the “Received” (Đã nhận) column.

A. If no items are checked in the “Received” column:

This means you have not submitted any enrollment documents to the Department of Student Affairs (P.CTSV).

B. In case of incomplete submission (review the required student documents HERE): The “Received” column will not be checked. Students must submit their supplementary documents to the Department of Student Affairs (P.CTSV) at either Campus 300A Nguyen Tat Thanh, Xom Chieu Ward or Campus 331A Do Muoi, An Phu Dong Ward during working hours.
