Event attendance lists
The Department of Student Affairs guides students on how to look up activities on the website to conveniently track their participation history in programs and activities, and proactively verify their attendance records.
📲 HOW TO LOOK UP
🔹 Step 1: Access the Department of Student Affairs website:
🔹 Step 2:
Select the section 🔎 Event attendance lists (TRA CỨU HOẠT ĐỘNG)
💻 : Select ” 🔎 Event attendance lists” at the top right of the menu bar if you are on desktop
📱 : Tap the icon ☰ then select ” 🔎 Event attendance lists” if you are on mobile
🔹 Step 3:
✅ Enter your Student ID (MSSV)
✅ Enter the Verification Code (Captcha)
➡️ Then click “Search” to view the list of programs/activities you have participated in.

📌 Notes
⚠️The lookup system applies to activities eligible for training points from 2nd Semester of the 2025–2026 academic year onward.
⚠️ The lookup results only display programs and activities for which the organizing units have submitted attendance lists to the Department of Student Affairs for training point evaluation.
⚠️ If an activity/program you participated in does not appear on the system, please contact the organizing unit directly for verification and assistance.
💙 Please proactively look up your records to keep track of your participation and ensure your training points are properly recorded!
