GUIDE TO THE SUPPLEMENTARY DOSSIER SUBMISSION PROCESS FOR STUDENTS

NTTU would like to inform all students about the updated guidelines regarding the supplementary dossier submission process to help you complete your enrollment profiles. Detailed instructions can be found in the infographic below

No. Document Name Description Guidelines
1 Student Information Self-Declaration Form with attached photo 01 original copy Students can download the form template HERE. Students must fill out all details completely, attach a photo to the form, sign, and write their full name clearly.
2 Admission Letter 01 original copy
3 Birth Certificate 01 certified copy/ notarized photocopy
4 ID Card, Citizen ID Card, or Passport 01 notarized photocopy
5 Health Certificate 01 original copy General Health Examination Certificate based on the Ministry of Health template, valid within 12 months (template according to Circular 32/2023 of the Ministry of Health).
6 Priority Certificate (if any) 01 set as instructed in the announcement Students should follow the announcements from the Student Affairs Department and submit it according to the instructions.
7 High School Academic Transcripts (Hoc ba) 01 certified copy/ notarized photocopy Must include all pages of the transcript (3 years: Grade 10, Grade 11, Grade 12 with 06 semesters), with certification and an overlapping stamp (dau giap lai) between pages by a competent notarizing authority.
8 High School Diploma 01 certified copy/ notarized photocopy Applicable to students who graduated in 2025 or earlier.
9 Exam Result Certificate 01 certified copy/ notarized photocopy Applicable to students graduating in 2026.

THE TYPES OF DOCUMENTS YOU HAVE SUBMITTED TO THE UNIVERSITY

Notes:

  • Documents submitted as photocopies must be certified by a competent authority.
  • For documents from item No. 3 to No. 9, if students have not prepared them in time, they can supplement them later. Students are obliged to submit any missing documents during Semester 2 of the academic year at the Student Affairs Department.
  • If any of these documents are missing or if the cross-checked information does not match the declared content, the candidate shall bear full responsibility for their admission results, and the case will be handled in accordance with the current Regulations of the Ministry of Education & Training.
