Welcome New Students of Cohort K25 to Nguyen Tat Thanh University! To ensure your learning process goes smoothly, taking attendance using QR codes on the OneUni app is an important skill you need to master. Let’s follow these super simple steps:
Step 1: Download the OneUni app (attached document on page 3: https://thanhtra.ntt.edu.vn/tai-lieu-huong-dan-su-dung…/) Step 2: Perform 1 of the following 2 methods to take attendance:Method 1: Attendance by QR Code
Step 1: Open the OneUni app, on the main dashboard select the “Attendance” (Điểm danh) function. Step 2: Select the correct course requiring attendance for the day. Step 3: Tap “Scan QR” (Quét QR) and use your phone to scan the QR code provided by the lecturer right in class. Step 4: The system will automatically record it, and you have successfully completed the attendance for the session!—————————————–

Method 2: Attendance by entering code
In case you cannot scan the QR code provided by the lecturer, students can enter the attendance code according to the following steps:
Step 1: On the main dashboard of the OneUni app, select the “Attendance” (Điểm danh) function. Step 2: Tap the “Attendance” (Điểm danh) button at the exact course section requiring attendance for the day. Step 3: Select the “Scan QR” (Quét QR) item, then tap “Enter Code” (Nhập mã). Step 4: Enter the code provided by the lecturer during the class session → Tap “Submit Code” (Gửi mã) to complete attendance.
NOTES: The attendance code is only valid during the class session, so you need to enter it correctly and promptly for the system to record it
