Event attendance lists
The Department of Student Affairs, in coordination with the Youth Union – Student Association Office of Nguyen Tat Thanh University, has completed the compilation of online evaluation forms and announced the provisional evaluation results for concurrent Class Monitor/Management Board duties.
The provisional results list is attached below. Cases requiring special attention or evaluated as “Incomplete” include specific notes for your convenience.

Class Management Boards are requested to complete the following:
Carefully check your individual evaluation results. Verify personal information (Full name, Student ID, position, etc.) to ensure absolute accuracy. In case of any questions or feedback regarding the results, please send an email using your student email account to:

Deadline for receiving feedback: until the end of July 2, 2026.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Important Notes
The Class Management Board will only be recognized as having “Completed Duties” when they receive a “Passed” evaluation from both the Department of Student Affairs and the Youth Union – Student Association Office. After the feedback deadline, all comments and inquiries regarding the April 2026 evaluation results will neither be received nor processed.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The provisional results list is attached via the secure link below.Class Management Board members are requested to proactively check their information and provide feedback within the specified timeframe to ensure their legitimate rights.
