Event attendance lists
The Department of Student Affairs announces to all Class Monitor Boards (BCSL) regarding the March duty evaluation as follows:
Target participants: All Class Monitors/Youth Union Secretaries, Vice Class Monitors/Student Association Chairs of all classes at Nguyen Tat Thanh University. Not applicable to:-
Class Monitor Board members holding positions in the final semester of their training program;

Class Monitor Board members violating University regulations (currently under disciplinary action or suspension).
Implementation period: From the rollout date until the end of April 24, 2026 (Friday).
Submission method: Submit online via Google Form: https://forms.gle/xqUGwSkzwF8HJ3PQA
Important notes:-
Class Monitor Board members self-evaluate and attach supporting evidence directly on the form.

After the aforementioned deadline, Class Monitor Board members who fail to complete the evaluation form will be considered as not having implemented and completed their Class Monitor Board duties. Any subsequent complaints or inquiries will not be resolved.
