NOTICE: EXTENSION OF THE OFF-CAMPUS RESIDENCE DECLARATION PERIOD FOR SEMESTER 3, ACADEMIC YEAR 2025–2026
Nguyen Tat Thanh University (NTTU) announces the extension of the declaration period for students’ off-campus residence information for Semester 3 of the 2025–2026 Academic Year.
1. Extended Declaration Period
The deadline for declaring off-campus residence information has been extended until:

The declaration period is from August 25, 2026 to October 12, 2026.
2. Eligible Students
The declaration applies to the following students:
- Full-time undergraduate students belonging to Cohort 2020 (Medicine and Preventive Medicine); Cohort 2021 (Pharmacy, Medicine, and Preventive Medicine); and Cohorts 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 in programs that remain within the official training period during the 2025–2026 Academic Year.
- Students who are currently permanently or temporarily residing in Vietnam and do not live in the University’s dormitories.
- Full-time undergraduate transfer students from Cohorts 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 in programs that remain within the official training period and who are residing off campus.
3. Students Who Have Already Completed the Declaration
Students who have already completed their declaration in accordance with Notice No. 169/TB-NTT dated June 15, 2026 do not need to submit the declaration again.
Students can access the system and select “Activity Lookup” to check their declaration status.
4. How to Submit the Declaration
Step 1: Log in to the system
- Access the off-campus residence declaration system at kbnt.ntt.edu.vn.
- Log in using the email account provided by the University, in the format: <Student ID>@nttu.edu.vn.
- Check your information under “Student Information”.
- If any information is incorrect, select “The displayed information is inaccurate”, specify the incorrect information, and provide the correct information for verification.
Step 2: Complete the residence declaration
Select the appropriate type of residence:
- Temporary Residence Information; or
- Permanent Residence Information.
Provide complete and accurate residence information as required by the system.
Step 3: Confirm and submit
- Review all information carefully before submission.
- Confirm the declaration commitment and submit the form.
- Check the status of your submission after completing the process.
5. Important Notes for Students
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:
- Students who fail to make the declaration or provide inaccurate or incomplete information in accordance with the regulations will have 5 points deducted from their conduct score for Semester 3 of the 2025–2026 Academic Year.
- Students should carefully review all information before submitting the declaration.
- After submission, the system allows students to update or modify their residence information only once during each declaration period of the semester.
- The declaration is considered completed only when the submission is successful and the “Profile Information” section displays the status “Submitted”.
6. Important Timeline

8. Quick Reminder
Students subject to the declaration are encouraged to complete the process before the deadline and carefully check their submission status.

- Consequence of non-compliance: 5-point deduction from the conduct score
Students who have already completed the declaration under Notice No. 169/TB-NTT do not need to declare again.
