The University informs students about the Plan for consideration and granting of study encouragement scholarships for the 2024-2025 academic year:
1. Who can apply? (Eligibility)
The scholarship is open to full-time undergraduate and transfer students currently within the standard training duration of their programs for the 2024–2025 academic year:

Full-time University Students:

Class of 2019: Medicine, Preventive Medicine.

Class of 2020: Pharmacy, Medicine, Preventive Medicine.

Classes of 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024: Students in programs still within the standard training duration.

Full-time Bridge (Transfer) Students: Classes of 2022, 2023, and 2024.
2. Conditions required

Academic Performance: Must complete all registered modules for the academic year (across all semesters).

Grade Requirements: A minimum GPA (often 2.50/4.00 or higher) and no failed subjects (F grades) or grades below 5.0.

Training Points: Must achieve a “Good” (Khá) level or higher in yearly training assessments (typically $\ge 70$ points).

Exclusions: Students who have taken a break from studies, violated disciplinary rules, or have credited/transferred modules are generally excluded.
3. Rules on categorizing scholarship tiers
The tiers are typically categorized by Academic Performance and Training Results:

Tiers: Usually divided into Excellent (Xuất sắc), Very Good (Giỏi), and Good (Khá).

Note: You cannot receive two types of scholarships simultaneously during the same assessment period. If eligible for multiple, you will generally be granted the highest value.
