Through each production station, students had the chance to see how the company organizes workflows, coordinates across departments, and controls quality before releasing products to the market. Academic concepts learned in lecture halls became much clearer when cross-referenced with the enterprise’s real-world operations.
Learning through practical experience
In addition to touring the production lines, students listened to shares from company representatives regarding the working environment, recruitment requirements, internship opportunities, and career growth directions in manufacturing.
Throughout the visit, students proactively asked questions and engaged with engineers and plant management staff about production processes, quality standards, as well as essential skills to prepare before entering the corporate workforce.
The atmosphere grew livelier during a minigame segment hosted by Asia International Group. Questions concerning traffic safety, production workflows, and company products drew enthusiastic participation from many students. Numerous gifts were presented to those who gave correct answers and interacted actively.

Although lasting only one day, the tour offered students valuable, practical insights into real manufacturing operations. Observing production lines firsthand, engaging with technical teams, and interacting with company executives helped students visualize prospective post-graduation roles while identifying knowledge and skills that require further enhancement.

The Factory Tour at Asia International Group is one of several recurring industry engagement initiatives organized by Nguyen Tat Thanh University.
