Traffic Safety Culture is not something far-reaching; it begins with tiny everyday habits, correct choices, and the personal responsibility of every student.
Every morning on the way to school marks a new beginning, where each Youth Union member, youth, and student carries along backpacks filled with books, dreams, and academic aspirations. 
But to make that journey truly complete, what matters most is not only arriving at class on time, but arriving at school safely and returning home sound and safe after every day of studying and working. For the youth of NTTU, this is also a way to demonstrate civility, exemplary conduct, and a positive mindset every day.
NTTU YOUTH PLEDGE TO COMMIT TO:
Wear standard-compliant safety helmets when riding motorbikes and electric bicycles to protect yourself against unexpected situations on the road.
Strictly obey traffic light signals, stay in designated lanes and paths, and refrain from pushing ahead or reckless overtaking.
Do not use mobile phones while driving to maintain full focus, awareness, and safe handling of any situation.
Never operate a vehicle after consuming alcohol or beer, as even a minor lapse in alertness can result in unforeseeable consequences. Yield right-of-way, behave courteously, and assist those in difficulty when needed, working together to shape an image of courteous, responsible, and compassionate youth.
Preserve environmental hygiene, refrain from littering in public spaces and along roadways, contributing to a green, clean, and beautiful urban environment.Every small action taken today, when sustained daily, will create significant positive changes for the community. When every student actively embraces safe traffic practices, we not only protect ourselves and those around us, but also build a civilized, modern, and proud living environment together.
Let us spread the message together:
“Arrive at lectures safely – Return home sound and safe” 
Traffic safety is every family’s happiness – Urban civility is every citizen’s responsibility.
