Recently, the Secretariat of the Vietnamese Students’ Association of Ho Chi Minh City announced the evaluation, classification, and emulation ranking results of school-level Youth Union and Students’ Association branches for the 2025–2026 academic year. Accordingly, the Youth Union – Students’ Association of Nguyen Tat Thanh University was honored as an outstanding unit for excellently completing its missions in the 2025–2026 academic year.
An Outstanding Unit Excellently Completing Its Missions
The title of “Outstanding Unit Excellently Completing Missions for the 2025–2026 Academic Year” is a well-deserved recognition of the non-stop efforts made by the Executive Committee of the Youth Union – Students’ Association of Nguyen Tat Thanh University in effectively implementing Youth Union and Association activities alongside youth and student movements.
Over the past academic year, the University’s youth actively innovated the content and methods of their operations, building numerous practical programs to create a comprehensive learning, training, and development environment for students. Political and ideological education continued to be highlighted through diverse promotional formats, contributing to raising awareness, political mettle, and civic responsibility among Union members and students. The “Student of 5 Merits” movement was deeply and widely deployed, encouraging students to comprehensively improve their ethics, studies, physical fitness, skills, and integration capabilities.

In addition, many academic activities, scientific research, innovative entrepreneurship, community volunteering, arts and culture, and physical education and sports programs were organized regularly, attracting a large number of participating students.
The achieved results bear testament to the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, and creativity of Nguyen Tat Thanh University’s youth, while reflecting the close attention and guidance from the Party Committee, University Council, and Board of Directors, alongside tight coordination from units across the University. This also serves as a driving force for the University’s Youth Union – Students’ Association to continue promoting its role in accompanying students and building a generation of Uncle Ho’s university students who are brave, dynamic, creative, and responsible in the new era.

Leading Unit of Emulation Cluster No. 1
Alongside the title of “Outstanding Unit Excellently Completing Missions for the 2025–2026 Academic Year”, with its prominent results in Youth Union work and youth movements, the Youth Union of Nguyen Tat Thanh University was also honored to be the leading unit of Emulation Cluster No. 1. Accordingly, the Ho Chi Minh City Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union decided to award the unit the Emulation Flag for excellently completing Youth Union work and youth movements during the 2025–2026 academic year.

This achievement further affirms the position, prestige, and role of the university’s Youth Union organization within the school-block Youth Union system, while acknowledging the positive contributions of Nguyen Tat Thanh University’s youth to the City’s youth movements. This also stands as a source of encouragement for the University’s Youth Union to continue fostering a pioneering, shock-force, innovative, and creative spirit, contributing to the effective fulfillment of the University’s political tasks and youth movements in the coming time.
