To strengthen the connection between the University and enterprises, while equipping Pharmacy students with necessary skills before entering the labor market, on the morning of July 30, 2026, Nguyen Tat Thanh University collaborated with Merap Group Joint Stock Company (MerapLion) to organize the MerapLion Career & Interview Day with the theme “Elevating Skills – Conquering Career Opportunities in the Pharmaceutical Industry” at Hall A801, Campus 300A Nguyen Tat Thanh.
The program provides students with the opportunity to learn about the corporate working environment, gain insight into real-world recruitment processes, and directly participate in mock interviews with MerapLion’s HR expert team.
On behalf of Merap Group, the event was attended by Ms. Pham Thanh Lan – Human Resources Director; Mr. Nguyen Tan Phuoc – Head of HR Partnership Department; Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Yen and Ms. Doan Thi Ngoc Hoa – Senior HR Business Partners, along with the Group’s recruitment expert team.

In his welcoming address, Dr. Nguyen Tuan Anh – Vice President of Nguyen Tat Thanh University, stated that the University always attaches great importance to expanding cooperation with businesses to create conditions for students to access real working environments during their studies.

According to Dr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, programs like MerapLion Career & Interview Day not only help students better understand corporate requirements but also offer them a chance to practice job application skills, boost confidence, and proactively prepare for their post-graduation career journey.
Representing MerapLion, Ms. Pham Thanh Lan – HR Director of the Group, delivered an overview of the company’s development journey, shared insights into the collaborative relationship between MerapLion and Nguyen Tat Thanh University, and provided details regarding development orientation, recruitment needs, work environment, as well as internship and training programs for Pharmacy students. She also reaffirmed that MerapLion will continue to accompany the University in training, developing high-quality human resources, and creating more job opportunities for students.

Experiencing the interview process with HR experts
The highlight of the program was the mock interview session directly conducted by MerapLion’s HR team.
Students experienced the corporate recruitment process firsthand, from introducing themselves, communicating with recruiters, and handling situations to interview answering skills. Following each exchange, HR experts provided specific feedback to help students recognize their strengths, address limitations, and polish their application skills.

Beyond simulation activities, the program offered opportunities for students to talk directly with the enterprise regarding internship and employment opportunities, career development orientations, as well as recruitment requirements in the pharmaceutical sector.
