The Department of Student Affairs

Student Affairs Department is a training support unit under Nguyen Tat Thanh University, advising and assisting students in solving the following areas:

 

  • Policy regimes for exemption and reduction of tuition fees, scholarships, in charge of reward – discipline and assessment of student training according to regulations;
  • Issuance of student certification (suspended military service), loan confirmation (confirmation of students for local loans);
  • Record of student outpatient declaration (students do not live in the school dormitory);
  • Supplementing records, updating and editing student information;
  • Organizing programs and seminars for students, mobilizing students to participate in the program;
  • Issuing and managing Student Cards, Class Personnel Board Cards.
  • Coordinating the Office of Youth Union – Student Union in the work of part-time class staff.
  • Support related work: Academic advisor, Student club, health insurance and unemployment insurance for students.

Development and Achievement

Members of Staff

The Department of Student Affairs’ management board consists of one manager and vice managers. The manager receives directives from NTTU’s management board and then delegates tasks and responsibilities to the vice president and the three corresponding teams. These teams are The Student counseling and Management team, Student Media and Event coordination team, and the Medical and healthcare emergency response team. Each of these teams will have specialists and staff present at all campuses of NTTU to carry out our duty under the guidance of the mentioned management board.

The Department of Student Affairs always tries to elevate the quality of our educational environment. We also expand our services in learning, developing, and entertaining our students. In addition, We also cooperate with other organizations to host meaningful and informative seminars to help our students in their self-improving process.
