“Odds analysis” and “football commentary” groups operating rampantly on social media.

Please remember: Football betting in any form is a violation of the law, which can lead to many serious consequences such as financial loss, exposure of personal information, accumulation of debt, and a direct negative impact on your studies, life, and future.

NTTU STUDENTS NEED TO PROACTIVELY PREVENT THIS

Absolutely do not access betting websites, applications, or join betting groups online.

Do not click on advertising links to receive free betting money or score prediction rewards.

Do not transfer money to any individual or organization to participate in betting or receive rewards.

Proactively remind friends and relatives to enhance their vigilance against illegal acts in cyberspace.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY TRANSFERRED MONEY, TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION:

Stop the transaction immediately Take screenshots of messages, save transaction history and related information Report immediately to the nearest Police authority for timely assistance.
